We recently installed our new RT 300 FES Leg Cycle. This FES bike stimulates up to 10 muscle groups in the legs and trunk. We would like to thank our donors who made the purchase of this bike possible!
The dice were rolling and the drinks were flowing at our First Annual Casino Night. Guests enjoyed playing Craps, Black Jack, Roulette, and Texas Hold 'Em, earning chips to be entered into several raffle drawings. Prizes from these drawings included an Ipod Nano, Round Rock Express Tickets, a wine basket and Truluck's gift card, a Fitness package, a Golf package, and a Mystery Prize that included gift cards to local restaurants, a car wash and a t-shirt.
So I'm having a little problem that I don't think is uncommon for most working moms. If I go to the gym after work, I'll see Rylan awake for about an hour of the day. That is definitely not enough, so I haven't had a full workout since she was born.
As I write this, my one month old daughter Rylan is napping, with periodic screams when she loses her pacifier. Despite the screams, I have to say that motherhood is going more smoothly than I thought it would.
