Meagan

Meagan was an active 11 years old with soccer and gymnastics. On Thanksgiving 2006, the family was headed back to Austin after a family holiday when they were in a head on collision. In 2000, Keith-Ann Wagner was a great soccer player and a college junior. On July 4th, she celebrated Independence Day with her family.
